Simply Nutrition was created in 2008 by Stacey Pothier, a nutritionist and certified nutritional consultant committed to helping individuals build healthier, more confident lives. What began in Los Alamitos has grown into a fully virtual practice, allowing Stacey to support clients virtually with personalized nutrition care, wellness guidance, and compassionate, evidence‑informed support.

At Simply Nutrition, we help individuals discover freedom, health, and happiness through personalized nutrition, practical wellness strategies, and a whole‑person approach to care. We believe every client deserves to feel seen, supported, and capable — and we are honored to walk alongside them on their journey to optimal health.

Meet Stacey Pothier, MPS, BS

Stacey is a respected health and wellness expert who has transformed the lives of hundreds of clients through personalized sessions, engaging seminars, and speaking engagements. After a 30-year struggle with being overweight and obese, she successfully lost 50 pounds between 2012 and 2014, fueling her passion for mindful eating and embracing grace over guilt.

With a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Middle Tennessee State University, where she graduated summa cum laude, and a Bachelor’s from California State University, Los Angeles, Stacey combines academic excellence with practical experience from internships at UCI Health Weight Management and The Orchard Post Acute Care.
